Good to know
Screens
Apple Watch screens are bonded to the case, so the whole display is replaced. Parts are usually ordered for your exact model and size.
Water resistance
We reseal the watch with new adhesive after a repair, but we always recommend keeping it away from swimming for a while afterwards.
AppleCare+
If your watch has AppleCare+, check your cover first.
How it works
Book online or call 01788 226425, any time. We collect from or come to your home or workplace in Rugby or the surrounding area, confirm your price before we start, and you pay once it's fixed. Every repair comes with a 3-month warranty.
Apple Watch questions
Which Apple Watch models do you repair?
Most Series, SE and Ultra models. Call 01788 226425 with your model and size for a quote.
How long does an Apple Watch repair take?
Parts are usually ordered in, so we'll give you the timing when we quote.
When do I pay?
Only once your repair is finished. We never take payment online or upfront: you pay in person when the job is done.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Our repairs come with a 3-month warranty, which covers the part and our work. It doesn't cover new physical or impact damage.
Will I lose my data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't touch your data. We still recommend keeping a backup before any repair.
