When do I pay?
Only once your repair is finished. We never take payment online or upfront: you pay in person when the job is done.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Our repairs come with a 3-month warranty, which covers the part and our work. It doesn't cover new physical or impact damage.
Do you really come to me?
Yes. We come to your home or workplace in Rugby and the surrounding towns and villages and carry out most repairs on the spot. For longer jobs we can collect your device and bring it back fixed.

Good job - I work in Lutterworth and I’m unable to make it back to the phone repair shops rugby in time as they’re normally closed.
